How it works
- Connect. OnboardingHero reads the data it needs from your HR system (Personio, Factorial, HiBob). The access is read-only, and nothing is copied ahead of time.
- Invite. Each new hire gets a personal link that works once. They check their prefilled details and add what's missing.
- Submit. The application goes electronically to the insurer. The application number comes back right away.
Security and data protection
Our servers are in Germany and your data never leaves the EU.
- Read-only access to your HR system; data is fetched only at the moment it is used
- Everything is deleted once the application reaches the insurer
- We keep only the record required of an insurance intermediary: date, insurer, application number, result
- No personally identifying information is stored (names, birth dates, addresses, social security numbers)
- Each company runs on its own isolated instance
